Thank you for shopping with us at QuietMoonBeads.com. We appreciate your business and want to make sure your order gets to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 0 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is received and processed, you will receive an email notification from support@quietmoonbeads.com.
Order Cutoff Time: 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees, just free shipping on every order.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery.
Total Estimated Time from Order Placement: 4 to 10 business days.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please reach out to us at support@quietmoonbeads.com before placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from support@quietmoonbeads.com with your tracking number. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
If you do not receive a tracking number or have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@quietmoonbeads.com and we will be happy to help.
Signature Requirements
For orders exceeding $200.00, a signature confirmation upon delivery may be required at our discretion. This is to protect both you and us and to ensure your order arrives safely. If you have any questions about signature requirements for your order, please contact us before your order ships.
Customer Address Responsibility
Please make sure to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee to send the package again. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. If you need to make an address change, please contact USPS directly to attempt a package interception. Please note that success is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem, just reach out to us as soon as possible at support@quietmoonbeads.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER" and include your order number, full name, and shipping address.
Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for your options.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered, please contact us immediately at support@quietmoonbeads.com and we will investigate with USPS on your behalf.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we encourage you to first check around your property, with neighbors, and at any alternate delivery locations such as a mailbox, side door, or porch. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us right away at support@quietmoonbeads.com and we will do our best to work with you to find a resolution. Please note that stolen packages after confirmed delivery are handled on a case by case basis.
Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If USPS returns your package to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you via email to let you know. The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees to have the package sent again.
Please note that unclaimed packages will be held for 30 days from the date we receive them back. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, the item will be restocked and no refund will be issued.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, we are so sorry! Please contact us immediately at support@quietmoonbeads.com with photo and video documentation of the damage. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on how to report a damaged item and what documentation is required.
Limitations on Responsibility
While we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, there are certain situations that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the following circumstances.
Seasonal and Peak Shipping Periods: During high volume periods such as holidays, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, shipping carriers may experience significant delays. We cannot guarantee delivery times during these periods.
Weather Events: Extreme weather conditions such as hurricanes, floods, or storms may disrupt delivery services. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these events.
Carrier Service Disruptions: Delays caused by USPS capacity limitations, route changes, facility closures, or other carrier operational decisions are outside of our control.
Third Party Events: Events outside of our control such as pandemics, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions may impact our ability to fulfill orders on time. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from such events.
Payment Disputes
We truly want every customer to have a great experience with us. If you have any concerns about your order, your payment, or anything else, please reach out to us first at support@quietmoonbeads.com and give us the chance to make it right. We are always happy to help and will do everything we can to resolve your concern quickly and fairly. We kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, as we are confident we can find a solution together.
