Long story short, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item to us within 100 days from the date of purchase. Please see the details below.

At Quiet Moon Beads, your satisfaction is everything to us. We stand behind every product we sell, and if something isn't right, we want to help. Please take a few minutes to read through our return and refund policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Our 100 Day Return Policy

We offer a 100 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you can send it back to us as long as it meets the conditions below.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Personalized items, final sale purchases, and items purchased with a discount of more than 10% are not eligible for returns or refunds and are considered final sale.

A return fee of $9.95 per item will be applied to all returns. If your order includes multiple items, the fee will be multiplied by the number of items being returned.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

The $9.95 return fee is waived if your item arrives damaged. Please see the Damaged Items section below for more details.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized by our team before sending any item back to us. To get started, simply email us at support@quietmoonbeads.com and we will walk you through the process. Items sent back without a return authorization will not be processed and will be automatically disapproved. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us first.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want. All return rules and conditions apply.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we are so sorry about that! Please contact us immediately at support@quietmoonbeads.com. Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a return. Reports made after 5 days will unfortunately not be eligible. When a damage claim is approved, the $9.95 return fee and return shipping cost are both waived.

To process your damage claim, we will require the following photo documentation. All photos must be clear, well lit, and items must be fully centered in the frame, with nothing cut off.

Required Photo Documentation

Damaged Item Photos: Clear photos of the damaged item from multiple angles.

Outer Packaging Photos: Photos of the outer packaging from all angles, including front, back, sides, top, and bottom.

Shipping Label Photo: A clear, fully readable photo of the shipping label including the tracking number and address information.

Video: In certain cases, a video may also be required to fully document the damage.

Blurry, dark, or cut off photos will not be accepted and will delay or disqualify your claim.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery at support@quietmoonbeads.com and we will make it right as quickly as possible. When reported within 5 days, the $9.95 return fee and return shipping cost are both waived. If the wrong item is reported after 5 days, it will no longer qualify as a wrong item claim and will need to follow our standard return process.


How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy! Just send us an email at support@quietmoonbeads.com with a description of your issue and we will take it from there. Our team will provide you with simple, step by step instructions and a one click return solution. Please note that returns sent back without prior authorization will not be processed and will be automatically disapproved.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets our return conditions. You will receive an email from us letting you know whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If Your Return is Approved

Your refund will be processed right away. You can choose to receive your refund as a credit back to your original payment method, or as store credit which can be applied to any future purchase in our store. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that a credit card processing fee of 3.5% of the transaction amount plus 30 cents per transaction will be deducted from your refund regardless of the refund method chosen.

If Your Return is Rejected

You will be notified by email. Your item can be shipped back to you for a shipping and handling fee of $14.95. This fee must be received within 30 days of notification. If payment is not received within 30 days, the item will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
